At Exact Aromas, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy periods (e.g., sales or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Delivery Options & Times
We currently ship within the UK only.

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) – Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Express Delivery (1–2 working days) – Available for orders placed before 12pm (noon). Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays or exceptional circumstances.

International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

Check your tracking number (sent via email when your order was dispatched).

Contact the courier directly if tracking shows any delays.

If the issue is still unresolved, email us at info@exactaromas.co.uk with your order number and we will assist you.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@exactaromas.co.uk, including your order number and photos (if applicable).
