Are all your perfumes Eau de Parfum?
Yes — every fragrance we sell is Eau de Parfum (EDP) strength, offering a rich and long-lasting scent with a concentration of around 15–20% perfume oils.
How close are they to the originals?
Very close. We analyse each fragrance and blind-test it against the original to ensure a near match in scent profile.
Do your perfumes really last all day?
Yes! Our perfumes are crafted in France using high-quality ingredients and expertly balanced formulations. Many customers find they last as long — or even longer — than designer originals.
Where are your perfumes made?
All of our fragrances are made in Paris, France, the world’s perfume capital, in partnership with Collection Privée Paris.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.49 (FREE over £34.99)
Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £4.49 (orders before 12pm)
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment — we currently deliver within the UK only.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you really offer 30-day returns?
Yes! We allow light testing (1–2 sprays) and accept returns within 30 days if you’re not happy.
Are there any items you don’t accept for return?
Yes — we can’t accept 5ml sample bottles, heavily used bottles, or partial returns of bundle sets for a refund (exchange only in those cases).
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.
Products & Packaging
Will the product name on the bottle always match the name on your site?
Not always. Occasionally, our suppliers may change a product name. We may continue listing it under the original name for consistency in our images and descriptions — but the fragrance will be the same.
Why does the colour of the perfume sometimes vary?
Slight colour variations are normal due to natural ingredients and do not affect the scent or quality.
